01 Context
A burial and risk cover association ran its cover across a handful of disconnected tools, with premiums, claims and membership tracked separately and reconciled by hand.
02 Problem
Growth had outpaced the association's systems. Claims and premiums could drift out of sync, reporting to the board was laborious, and there was no single source of truth for a member's standing.
03 What we built
An end-to-end insurance management system holding members, premiums, claims and reporting in one platform — designed around the association's own rules and obligations, then deployed and supported end to end, with the quantitative work on scheme design and self-insurance structure handled alongside the build.
04 Outcome
The association runs its cover from a single platform, with member standing, premiums and claims reconciled in one place and reporting the board can rely on.
