Sectors
Where we've worked so far.
Pensions, insurance, health, energy, construction, agriculture, logistics, co-operatives, the public sector, real estate and education — eleven so far. The industry changes; what we do first doesn't: work out how the organisation actually runs, then build or model around that.
Pensions & Retirement Funds
Pension administration lives or dies on record integrity. We built and operate a back-office system for a cross-border parliamentary pension fund — contribution processing, member balance ledgers, fund credit statements and regulator-ready reporting — including reconciling years of legacy records across institutional transitions. When a fund’s numbers go in front of a regulator, they have to be right the first time.
Insurance
We build the systems insurers and risk cover schemes run on, and the numbers they price with. Our work includes an end-to-end insurance management system for a burial and risk cover association — members, premiums, claims and reporting in one platform — alongside quantitative work on scheme design, self-insurance structures and market-entry economics.
Health
Health platforms carry a different weight: privacy law, identity verification, and users who may be reaching a clinician for the first time through a phone. We have designed and built digital health infrastructure for a national market, grounded in research on what has scaled elsewhere on the continent — and what has failed — with data protection and compliance designed in from the first line.
Energy
We work on the numbers behind energy decisions. Our practice has prepared regulatory submissions and presented at public tariff hearings on behalf of industrial energy users, and modelled grid connection and capital costs for utility-scale solar development — the financial groundwork that determines whether a project is bankable before a single panel is ordered.
Construction & Infrastructure
Construction profit disappears quietly — material waste, cost overruns, and the cash-flow damage of late payment. We build monitoring and profit-protection systems for contractors, and financial models for infrastructure partnerships, including a public-private partnership model rebuilt to the standard a financier could interrogate line by line.
Agriculture
Agriculture in our region is professionalising, and the enterprises leading it need the same infrastructure any serious business does: brand systems built to export standard, operational systems, and the market-readiness work that turns a farm into a company. We’ve delivered that groundwork for livestock and biomass enterprises spanning both our markets.
Logistics & Mobility
Moving people and goods runs on coordination software. We’ve built and deployed a booking and dispatch platform for a premium transport operator — live scheduling, payments and customer management in a progressive web app — and we bring the same operational lens to fleet and logistics systems generally.
Co-operatives & Member Organisations
Member organisations — savings co-operatives, associations, schemes — carry enterprise-grade obligations on community-scale budgets. We build administration and management systems sized for that reality: member records, contributions, loans and claims handled properly, with reporting that satisfies both the board and the regulator.
Public Sector
Government and government-adjacent work demands documents and systems that survive scrutiny. We’ve modelled municipal public-private partnerships, prepared submissions for statutory bodies, and built systems for institutions whose stakeholders include parliaments and regulators. We understand the pace, the paperwork and the standard of proof.
Real Estate
Property runs on two things that don’t tolerate error: the lease ledger and the valuation model. We build the systems that track tenants, rentals and maintenance across a portfolio, and the financial models that price a development or test whether it survives a downturn before ground is broken.
Education
Education institutions carry the same administrative weight as any regulated business — enrolment records, fee collection, compliance reporting — usually on a fraction of the budget. We build the systems that carry that load, and bring the same operational thinking to the digital learning platforms reaching students who are online for the first time.
Not on the list?
Don't see your sector?
Tell us about it anyway. The problems we're good at — records that have to reconcile, numbers that have to hold up — turn up in most industries, and we've usually built something close.
